We all know that, but we have to realize it more often, and act on the idea.

For a few examples, be consistent

with your emails

with your prospecting

with your invitation

with your presentations

with your sponsorships

with your business efforts

with your savings

with your money jars

with your follow-ups

with your coaching

with your readings

with your trainings

with your seminars

with your autoresponders

with your list building

with your blogs

with your websites

with your communication

with your learning attitude

with your to-do lists

with your action plans

with your family time

with your prayers

with your meditations

with your push-ups

with your sit-ups

with your jogging

with your biking

and the list goes on...

So be consistent in whatever you do in your journey to success.

Your results will be astonishing!

Here's

TIP #2: Learn by Taking Action

You don't have to waste a lot of time preparing to be that perfect network marketer before acting on your network marketing business (or as how I perceive it, acting on your goals). You learn by doing. I'm not saying that you don't have to be ready, but you really shouldn't waste precious time getting ready to become ready. People fail most often of the time because they fail to take action. They worry of wanting to do it right.

The right time to take action is when you're excited... and excitement naturally happens the first time you understood that you now have the opportunity to fulfill your dreams.

Some of my prospects tell me, "I don't know how to sell or do network marketing."
My advice: "Start right away and learn by doing."

In this way, you become one step closer to your goals. (How badly do you want your goals?)

Nobody did it right the first time they acted on it. But successful people keeps adjusting and keeps on acting on their dreams.

READY->FIRE, AIM, FIRE, AIM, FIRE, AIM...

Successful people start right away. Then they adjust accordingly, most of the time, toward the direction of their goals. So you too can start right away. You learn by doing, just like starting to learn how to drive a car or ride a bicycle.

Afraid to start? You're being motivated by your fears. You should be motivated by your goals.

Don't focus on your fears, or you'll tend to move toward them.
Focus on your goals instead, and you'll tend to move toward them.

"It's not how many times we fall down, but it's how many times we stand up that count."

On your next TIP, you'll learn a better mindset than that of thinking how to sell and/or convince others to join you in your network marketing business.

Good day.Mannixhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04428747118754596915noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1985864737102117144.post-41007783338561450112010-03-06T06:54:00.009+08:002010-03-06T06:54:01.038+08:00How to succeed in your network marketing business TIP #1You can now start munching on this series of TIPS on how to do network marketing business.

By understanding these TIPS, you'll be able to come closer to your goals as you do this business, one step at a time. (What are your goals again? --> these are the WHY's that you constantly remind yourself of while doing your Core 8 network marketing business. Your reasons will keep that desire in you burning to the nth degree. Without your WHY's in doing this business, your flaming desire will soon die down.)

Without further ado,

TIP #1: Adopt the 4SW Mindset

Whenever you approach or talk to your prospect, never get bothered or worried on whether he or she will join you or buy a product from you. Remind yourself of the 4SW: Some Will, Some Won't, So What, Somebody's always Waiting.

Until your TIP #2 on my upcoming post wherein you'll learn why you need not to spend a lot of time, days, months, or even years on getting ready to become ready.

Come back to my blog and learn more.

Nobody becomes an expert network marketer in a day.
You become an expert network marketer day-by-day.

Have a great day.Mannixhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04428747118754596915noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1985864737102117144.post-14297981977787623682010-03-01T00:52:00.003+08:002010-03-01T01:06:23.233+08:00Mannix Core 8 Mind MovieHere's the first Mind Movie that I made... Let's fulfill our "promises". Enjoy reading, learning, and doing it as well...

I recently read a lesson by Bill Bartman. Not sure if you know who Bill is, but Bill is a billionaire and has a very unique story like many of us have. He grew up on the wrong side of the tracks, was involved in several gangs, drug addict, an alcoholic at the same time. You see, Bill did not give up on his dreams and goals. The lesson I read was all about how to set GOALS, but more importantly change that word to a PROMISE.

Steps To Setting And Achieving Goals:

1. Make Sure Its Your Goal

-Many times in our lives we spend more time on someone else's goals than our personal internal passionate goals. Make sure its your goal to succeed in network marketing, make sure its your goal to succeed in life!

2. Don't Call It A Goal

- Harvard Med did a research on the amount of people who set goals never achieve them. The number was astonishing, over 70% of the people never reach a goal they have set.Call your goal a "Promise", you are more likely to commit to a promise then a goal. Harvard Med once again did a test, and figured out that 98% of the American population will complete a promise.

3. Clearly Identify Your Promise

-I have walked around with a "blur" in my head kind of like when you have water in your eyes. Begin to see your PROMISE crystal clear, what is it exactly that you are trying to achieve.

4. Use The Tools Around You

- We must begin to use the tools around us,whether they are positive or negative motivators you must have someone in your life that is holding you accountable to reaching and achieving your goals.

Example: A negative motivator is someone who has told you this: You will never succeed in those MLM type of deal. Or maybe they laughed at you when you said your going to walk away from your job. Write this persons name down on a card, and post it on your wall infront of your computer, your cubicle where ever you are. So when times are rough, you look at that card and it will motivate you to keep going.

5. Create A Promise Plan

*WHAT is it your going to do
*WHERE will you be
*WHEN will you accomplish it
*WHY do you want this
*WHO's help do you need
*HOW

- In your Promise plan, you need to outline each of these specific characteristics of identifying at a very crystal clear level the entire process.

6. Review Plan and Promise On A Regular Basis

- 20 Mins everyday, you need to review and re-read and note how far along are you on this PROMISE PLAN. If you do not have 20mins, that is a complete lie. There is a special reading place we all have where we spend 15-20 mins sometimes sitting down at. (Bill used this analogy)

7. Tell your Self You Will Succeed

"The size of your success is determined by the size of your belief"-Pay attention to your sub-conscious thoughts every single day you are more than likely bringing yourself down. Observe how you communicate with others about your business, and where you stand as a networker. You may be saying negatives affirmations and hurting your own self belief.

8. Tell Others About Your Promise

- Go out and share with the world about your promise and where you are headed. Don't sit back and try to keep it a secret. Have people laugh at you, then write their name down on a card and stick on your wall! Envision the results
-Bill shared the story of Michael Jordan. Bill was about to buy the Chicago Bulls and spent some time with the team most importantly. At that time he was writing a book and had asked Michael about ENVISIONING... If you guys do not remember Michael Jordan shot a free throw with his eyes closed in the 1997 championship against the Sonics. He was able to do that he told bill, because he invisioned it every single day!How much time are you spending per day invisioning your success? Your dream lifestyle? Not having to wake up every morning and drive to work, but yet drive your kids to school and come back and work from your home office...

9. START

- We are the only ones who can create or fail in the process of becoming wealthy. There is no other voice other than yours that can move you to want to create the freedom you desire, but most importantly desire Start today, start now and see how things will change for you!

Lets do this together!
Power Question: "So what are you doing Day-By-Day?" Mannixhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04428747118754596915noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1985864737102117144.post-23053418771156793172010-02-09T23:30:00.010+08:002010-02-10T04:01:52.466+08:00Your three levels of CommitmentHave you ever heard of the three levels of commitment?

In everything you do, may it be a job application, clearing your debts, learning a new language, an improvement in your career, or taking good care of your family and friends, there's a certain level of commitment that you are putting into it.

Here are your three levels of commitment:

1. You are just trying. No wonder you dismiss all interests in what you're doing after encountering a few challenges, or any form of discouragement.

2. You are giving your best. But sometimes, as one song says, "I did my best, but I guess my best wasn't good enough." So you quit anyway, still not achieving what you want.

And here's the truly best:

3. You are doing whatever it takes. No amount of disappointment, failure, stumbling block, rejection, fall, sacrifice, yes you name it, will ever stop you from getting what you want. So you continue to attract the things you want UNTIL you succeed.

The secret? You got it right... never ever stop UNTIL you achieve your aspirations in life.

Have I said the word UNTIL often enough? Yes, it's the third time already. As Jim Rohn emphasized, that's the magic word: UNTIL (fourth time).

What are you doing right now?

Are your actions leading to your goals in life? (by the way, have you written your goals already on paper?)

As you execute your actions, measure your level of commitment.

Are you just trying? For sure you'll never get ahead if you just continue to try. Raise it to the next level.

Are you giving your best? Ummmm, I am still convinced that you still need to raise it to the next higher level.

Are you doing whatever it takes? C0ngratulations! Because you backed it up with a burning desire, followed a proven system of doing things in a certain way (you can learn about this in your bonus), kept your perseverance, and truly believed that you are already attracting what you want, you'll surely bring home the trophy!

Are you missing some critical steps in attracting what you want, and still wondering why you seem to be still far away from your goals, or your goals still far away from you?

Jim Rohn shared to us a powerful idea: Success is not to be pursued, it has to be attracted by the person you become.

Then you also need to attract the things in life that will make you successful, such as attracting the right tools and ideas that are already proven to have worked for so many who already became truly financially independent and enjoyed time freedom.

You can have it now.

It comes along with what I just started offering as a Bonus here in my blog.

It's been quite a while since my last blog post. You weren't able to read even just a single post for the month of January.

I wondered why until I realized it seemed that starting this year with goals setting workshops and intense reflections took away my attention from blogging. Anyway, here's another post to start and run my blog-engine for your consumption of great ideas.

It's the First Friday of February. One of my teams was designated as the sponsors for our office's First Friday Mass and I'll be the reader of the First Reading. The mass is actually a monthly ritual here in my workplace, wherein officers, enlisted personnel, and civilian personnel gather altogether for an hour of prayer. After the mass, all birthday celebrants of the month are called to the front and blessed by the priest. Then we partake of a sumptuous breakfast at the canteen as part of celebrating the personnel's birthdays for the month. As I mentioned a while ago, the mass is a ritual being conducted at our office.

I suddenly recalled what I read from Nick Usborne's Writing Rituals e-book. He explained the difference between habits and rituals.

What's the difference?

Maybe you have the idea already.

Habits are actions being done without much conscious effort on your part. These are things you do automatically or even without much thinking.

Rituals are actions performed with a higher degree of awareness and intention. You cannot just do them and only realize lately saying to yourself, "Ummm, so I was doing them." From the very execution, you already know that you are doing what you do.

It's the same with the First Friday story I told you above. The mass is considered as a ritual being done by the office personnel. People are praying together, with a higher consciousness of talking to the Supreme Creator.

So what are your habits and what are your rituals?

Knowing and understanding your habits and rituals may become the essential ingredients in knowing more about yourself, to know what and where you are, to clearly define what you want to be and where you want to go, and eventually see what else you need to think about, need to change, and need to do in order to become the right person who will attract the success you want in life.

Good morning! Today's another great day! I have to prepare for the mass, I'm running a bit late of my schedule already. But I'm really happy I was able to share this to you.

May you live well and enjoy life to the fullest.

A good objective of leadership is to help those who are doing poorly to do well and to help those who are doing well to do even better.

A novel is never anything, but a philosophy put into images.

Affirmation without discipline is the beginning of delusion.

Asking is the beginning of receiving. Make sure you don't go to the ocean with a teaspoon. At least take a bucket so the kids won't laugh at you.

Better understated than overstated. Let people be surprised that it was more than you promised and easier than you said.

Character isn't something you were born with and can't change, like your fingerprints. It's something you weren't born with and must take responsibility for forming.

Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.

Don't bring your need to the marketplace, bring your skill. If you don't feel well, tell your doctor, but not the marketplace. If you need money, go to the bank, but not the marketplace.

Don't just read the easy stuff. You may be entertained by it, but you will never grow from it.

Don't wish it were easier, wish you were better.

Effective communication is 20% what you know and 80% how you feel about what you know.

Either you run the day or the day runs you.

Failure is not a single, cataclysmic event. You don't fail overnight. Instead, failure is a few errors in judgement, repeated every day.

Failure is simply a few errors in judgment, repeated every day.

For every disciplined effort there is a multiple reward.

Formal education will make you a living; self-education will make you a fortune.

Give whatever you are doing and whoever you are with the gift of your attention.
Giving is better than receiving because giving starts the receiving process.
Like what the name define, they believe in endless possibilities, boundless starts and unlimited opportunities. Add the name to a group of very hard-working, optimistic, and talented people then you’ve got a very solid, strong team indeed.

The event jump-started with an inspirational video of “Pablo and Bruno”. It’s about two friends who took very different paths towards financial freedom and how their choices had earned them their dreams. The story reflects the perspectives people often go through when reaching for their goals in life. The video was followed by speeches from other distributors whose status in life ranges from students, former OFWs, siblings, in a relationship with a fellow networker, single mother and a daughter from a prominent family. Others were victims of illegal recruitment and typhoon Ondoy. As they stand there and share their encounters, you could clearly see their determination and encouragement towards others. Their life stories were different and their experiences varied but all of them found CORE8 as the pipeline towards their dreams.

The sizzle would not be complete without presenting awards and recognitions to the industrious people that constitute INFINITEAM. The awardees were as follows:

INFINITEAM TOP EARNERS
1st Top Earner- Eugene Imperial
2nd Top Earner- Geraldine Mondejar
3rd Top Earner- Norman Lizaso

INFINITEAM MOST NUMBER OF DIRECT REFERRALS
1st- Melvin Carbonel
2nd- Gregory Mondejar and Joel Arceo
3rd- Arnold Reyes and Ted Reyes

And to add spice, INFINITEAM has also selected their Mr. & Ms. INFINITEAM:

MR. INFINITEAM- Ervin Sy
MS. INFINITEAM- Geraldine Mondejar

For enjoyment, Jodie Michael Jimenez led his group and performed a dance number. Their music was very catchy and their synchronized, lively moves were easy to the eyes. Everyone couldn’t help bop their head and step to the beat. But the fun did not end there INFINITEAM has also prepared games like Bring Me and Hep, Hep, Core8! to culminate the day.

Kudos to INFINITEAM for a successful Mini-Sizzle. What a sure way of ending the month of November with a bang!

To know more about “Pablo and Bruno”, you can watch the video at this link.Mannixhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04428747118754596915noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1985864737102117144.post-10063005214047098532009-12-02T23:31:00.000+08:002009-12-02T00:36:58.902+08:00How to Get People to Join Your Business - The Power of Personal Belief

How to Get People to Join Your Business - The Power of Personal Belief

by: John R Powell

Why is it that the eagle flies? It's because he was designed to fly and because he can fly. If you're continually working on improving yourself (personal development), you will reach the point where you believe that you can fly. You'll have confidence when it comes to the recruiting/prospecting process and you'll see folks join you.

The eagle would never leap out of his/her nest to fly unless they first believed that they could fly. Belief is everything. You're not going to see success in prospecting until you think that you can prospect. Self confidence is a magnet that attracts others. Folks don't join businesses, they get connected to people that are successful, or at least are destined for success.

Of course, that's exactly what you are doing in network marketing. We're attracting the recruit to us, the kind of people that we want to work with, and people that want what we have. The recruit will look at the opportunity and what is has for them. If the recruit "sees" the potential in the opportunity, then they move forward.

We are in a really unique business in the fact that we can go on an out earn the people that brought us in. We can work harder, work smarter or just be plain lucky and out earn the folks that recruited us. In turn the folks that we lead into the company can out earn us. That should really be our goal. If you are wise, you'll train your people better than you were trained. If enough of the people that you bring in earn more than you do, then you'll make a lot of money off of their success. Isn't that a great concept?

How much success you've had to date in your work at home business is less important than people realize. You can be brand new in a brand new home-based business opportunity, if this brand new opportunity is something you believe in and it looks like it's destined for success, then you're going to have a lot of people attracted to you. We are not limited by the success or lack of it from our upline or down line. We can only limit our access to success by not continuing our self improvement, marketing education and implementing those two things.

Now focus for a minute with me. Your belief should be pointed at the potential of the opportunity that you have, and the potential that it can have upon the people that you present it to. This is the foundation of how you look at prospects or recruits in terms of your specific opportunity. If we really believe in our opportunity and its potential, and we see what kind of impact on the lives of those that we present this opportunity to, that should provide us with a lot of passion.

When you have an opportunity that you believe in no matter what your personal success has been or how quickly or slowly you've gone. That will provide the passion to drive you to do what you need to do to attain success for yourself and those you work with.

Attending company events is critical. Nowadays there are some folks that have their business on total autopilot. Folks go to a capture page, get on an autoresponder, they're directed to the company website, and they join their network marketing company . All with no human contact!

That's all great but network marketing is still net work. If you don't get connected in the net, how can the net work?

Going to company events makes the experience of the company more real. When you hear the leadership of your company speak and you realize how sharp they are, it gives you confidence. You can see what the experience of the business is doing in the lives of others in the business. You hear what impact the product or service has had upon the lives of others. You see others attaining success, and sometimes you tell yourself, if they can do it...so can I!

Belief is the foundation of working with your prospects. It's the secret sauce. Your belief from inside you, gets projected out to others. Others can sense this. They are attracted by strong personal belief. Sometimes folks can be attracted even though they might not agree with some of your personal beliefs. Personal belief sets you apart. This is the attractor factor. It makes people focus. They turn their head, and they look at you.

Free online 7 day video course

Here's how to generate all the leads you'll ever want for your network marketing business completely on autopilot without talking to one single person. This is a breakthrough in network marketing as admitted by some of the industry's top recruiters Click here http://www.mlmteamdomination.com

Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=John_R_Powell

I read this article from ezinearticles.com and I find it full of information about personal belief with regards to our network marketing business. Here are more tips as you do your network marketing business: The Law of PrioritiesThe Law of Priorities
By: Brian Tracy

(from an e-mail sent to me by Brian Tracy... you can also visit www.briantracy.com for more info)

The very worst use of your time is to do what need not be done at all. The Pareto Principle says that 20% of your activities will account for 80% of the value of your activities. This means that, if you have a list of ten items to accomplish, two of those items will be worth more than the other eight items altogether.

To achieve great things, you must always be concentrating on the small number of activities that contribute the greatest value to your life and your work.

Determine the Consequences
The value of anything in your order of priorities can be measured by assessing the potential consequences of doing it or not doing it. Something that is important has significant consequences to your life and your career. Something that is unimportant has few or no consequences of significance to your life or career. The mark of the superior thinker is your ability to consider possible consequences before you begin.

Ask the Key Question
Continually ask yourself, "What is the most valuable use of my time, right now?" And whatever it is, work on that. Your ability to discipline yourself to work on those few tasks that can make the greatest difference in your life is the key quality that makes everything else possible for you.

Action Exercises
Here is how you can apply this law immediately:

First, make a list of everything that you do as a part of your job. Now, analyze the list and select the three to five things that are more important than everything else put together.

Second, imagine that you are going to receive a $100,000 bonus at the end of the month if you can work on your highest priority items every minute of the day. How would that change your behavior? What would you do differently?

Fellow network marketers, I hope that Brian Tracy's ideas on the Law of Priorities will help you. These concepts will surely enlighten us on how to conduct our network mlm business. Share and teach these to your downlines, uplines, and even crosslines (brotherlines) so that you can contribute to the betterment of their lives. Let's all maximize the potentials of network marketing... and the good news is that Core 8 International Marketing Corp. is one great opportunity that we can have, because this great network marketing company helps us become the right person who shall attract success in the network multi-level marketing business. Mannixhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04428747118754596915noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1985864737102117144.post-64368796913746624742009-11-12T11:14:00.003+08:002010-01-07T16:28:55.658+08:00TEAM ROCH Mini Sizz-zzle: "EAGLES FLY HIGH!"Posted by Schendel Opriasa on November 11, 2009 at http://www.core-8.net
Anyone will agree that last Saturday November 7, 2009 has been one of Core8’s November highlights. It was exciting, entertaining, and above all: eye opening. Upon introduction, Ms Ruchel Guillermo or “Ms Roch” as she was preferably called shared how she started in the networking industry. She was initiated only two years ago and looking at her now: a neophyte in terms of the period she’s been doing the trade but was already marked as a leader by her comrades. This was emphasized when she became one of Core8’s Key Leaders.

It was her birthday last November 4 (Wednesday) and instead of preparing a banquet for a chosen few, she decided to celebrate the occasion as part of her scheme to strengthen the bond of her Eagle Network. She had prepared a feast that was shared with everyone and gave recognition to the key distributors under her group.

Some of the awardees were given a chance to share their life experiences before and while being a networker. Most of them were in the height of their careers, others left their previous employment making networking their bread and butter, while some were still finishing their studies. Their life stories were funny, inspiring, and true to the core that most distributors, guests, and employees alike found themselves relating to them. Aside from the acknowledgments, one of the best parts of the gathering was when all five Tagala Brothers performed our company’s jingle “We Are The Future”. Many sashayed to the rhythm and even sang along at the chorus as the brothers performed. The event has made everyone marvel how rare it was to have a group of talented and professional people to come together in one company. It just goes to show how diverse the populaces of Core8 truly were. Thus, leaving many with a thought ‘these people came from only one team’, surely, there are still many others in Core8 who were waiting for their chance to shine as well.
